Jackson's Connections

It's worth noting that in a recent interview Joe Jackson said he was friends with Michael Gilchrist. He also stated that if he comes back for a second year, which he plans on doing, he will try to recruit him to Memphis. Michael Gilchrist is the top overall player for the class of 2011. He plays small forward.

    They both put on a show the other night when St. Pats played White Station. If he does stick around and Michael decides to surprise some people, look out.

    Gilchrist is one of William Wesley's kids. He won't be a Tiger.

    Maybe but you need to do a little research on WWW. Not that you'll find out a lot except that he knows everyone. He is the link from AAU to college to NBA he knows Michael Jordan, Allen Iverson, Lebron James, and every other talented basketball player there is. People say he might be the most powerful man in basketball, but his job title is not known. Also, Will Barton was said to be a Wesley kid.
